Terminator Salvation

Saw terminator salvation last night, decent film. I was not disappointed but the film did not reach its full potential. My personal opinion was that Sam Worthington was a better actor in the role of Marcus than Christian bale was as John Connor, the cameo by Arnie was amusing but overall not a must see. If you can catch a R5 you won’t be missing out on much.
There were several parts I didn’t think worked well and we possibly explained by film left on the cutting room floor
The biggest one revealed in the first 10 minutes is that john Connor is not the leader of the resistance, but some type of messiah/ prophet figure, because he knew about judgment day before it happened. other things I will let you find out for your self.
In the End worth a watch, if you have the time and the money see it at the movies. Other wise wait for leeching

Recipe of the day

Huge success with today’s experiments as is detailed below

Ingredients

Chicken (breast or thigh)

1 Carrot

1 green capsicum

1 leek

2 onions

rice/ pasta

Marinade

tomato paste, white vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, Wasabi, sweet chilli sauce, Rosemary, pepper

Method

Cut carrot into fine sticks then start the carrot frying on a low heat with a small amount of oil/butter

when carrot starts to soften add diced capsicum and 1m latter add thinly sliced onions and leek and add 1 tsps of tomato paste cover on a low heat

cube the chicken into 1-2cm cubes and then put in marinade made from list above adjusting for personal taste

add chicken + marinade to the vegetables and leave covered on a medium heat stirring to prevent sticking

cook rice/ pasta

serve once the chicken cubes are cooked all the way through

Notes

I think that this recipe could well benefit from olives or capers but didn’t have any so experiment at your own risk

This is the second first post for the blog the first disappearing when Hovo decided to nuke the whole database and start again.

My idea for this blog is ocaisional updates and ramblings on what I am doing or thinking, I may ocaissional post speaches that I have from public speaking that I do as a hobby.
